KRISTEN PISCITELLI (she/her) | LCSWA

We’re a good fit if... you experience anxiety, depression, struggle with your relationship with food, body image, and/or self-worth, difficult life transitions, challenging family relations, or are looking to better your overall mental well-being. I am passionate about working with individuals, adolescents, young adults, and families. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges and empower you to lead a happier, healthier, and more meaningful life.

My ideal client is... someone struggling with self-worth, people-pleasing, and never feeling good enough. A person who will lean into learning about themselves, their past trauma, and the physical presentation of emotions and discomfort in order to make changes and live authentically. Whether it is anxiety, depression, disordered eating, life transitions, relational concerns, or past trauma; through our work together, you'll gain the knowledge, skills, and courage to overcome obstacles, build your self-love, and shine your light.

I create safety and build rapport by... approaching clients through a culturally informed perspective and working from a strengths-based lens, meeting clients where they are to help empower each individual. My focus is on sincere inquiry and warmth to create a safe and open environment in which clients can heal and flourish. I strive to be a source of motivation and commitment for clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

Three things I love: traveling the globe, Chai tea, and helping others to find inner strength and peace within their daily lives.
